The Shocking Robe from Ultimate Equipment should increase the caster level by +1 for spells with the electricity descriptor and give Electricity Resistance 5.

The data line currently reads as such:
Shocking Robe TYPE:Magic.Wondrous.LesserMedium.Robe COST:11000 WT:1 SOURCEPAGE.219 SPROP:Wearer gains electricity resistance 5 and increases caster level by 1 for all spells with electricity descriptor.
