There is no option when equipping a heavy steel shield to wield with both hands.

Description

Hello. I have a shieldbearer Warpriest archetype that I want to "two hand" a bashing heavy steel shield as his primary weapon. When equipping, there is no option to "two hand" the shield, only "primary hand". The attack roll bonus isn't generated correctly because of this.

I don’t believe this is even rules legal.

Shield, Heavy; Wooden or Steel: You strap a shield to your forearm and grip it with your hand. A heavy shield is so heavy that you can't use your shield hand for anything else.

Shield, Light; Wooden or Steel: You strap a shield to your forearm and grip it with your hand. A light shield's weight lets you carry other items in that hand, although you cannot use weapons with it.

By the rules, you can’t exactly wield the shield in “two hands”, it is strapped to an arm. Please cite a FAQ or rule from Paizo that allows for this please.

Anyways, PCGen will allow you to select Primary, Secondary, Both, Shield, Carried. Nothing for me to fix.
