Rogue Talent: Stalker Talent is not working.

Currently the talent can be selected as advanced talent (correct) however there is then no way to choose the talent itself. The interstitial that should pop up (or something similar) never does so there is never a chance to choose which Vigilante Stalker talent you want to take.
