Bards missing special attacks.
Description
Bards created in 6.08 RC8, and 6.09.01 are not assigned their Bardic performance, or Versatile performance special attacks, as well as several special qualities such as 'armoured casting', 'counterspell', 'cantrips' etc. Basically everything special about Bards.
Bards imported from older versions of PCgen such as 6.08 RC7 have all these features removed, and an alert saying they have too many Versatile performances.
