Mindlessly Cruel trait not working

When I take the trait Mindlessly Cruel (from Orcs of Golarion), this damage modifier is not being applied. I took this on a half-orc character who is a 1st level Bloodrager. When I apply the Temporary Bonus of Bloodrage (which is a Morale bonus), there should be an additional point of damage I do with every weapon I wield. I have a scimitar and this weapon is not shown as doing additional damage. I tried with another weapon, longsword, with the same result.
