Can you pare this down to what mechanical changes are PERMANENT to add? I do not have the bandwidth to go line-by-line to review the abilities.

basically most of those “advanced weapon training”s adds the bonus from “weapon training” (in the chose weapon) to a “specific thing”.

Each “specific thing” different depending on the specific training.

here is the list of what adds the “weapon training bonus” where:
Abundant Tactics choose a combat feat with limited uses, add it to those uses.
Combat Competence adds it to reduce non-proficiency penalties with weapons in the same weapon group chosen (which boils down to “add it twice to hit if non-proficient”, but this one is capped at 4… in case you manage to have a weapon training higher than 4? 😅).
Combat Maneuver Defense adds it to CMD
Dazzling Intimidation adds it to intimidation bonus
Defensive Weapon Training adds 1/2 of it with a +1 bonus to armor class as shield bonus that stacks with any other shield bonus when the weapon training is a +4 the “+1” bonus becomes a +2 so the progression should be +2/+3/+3/+5/+… (in case you manage to have a weapon training higher than 4? 😅).
Fighter’s Reflexes adds it to the Reflexes saving throw.
Trained Grace adds it twice for the damage if the character is using dexterity for attack rolls and strength for damage and the weapon has the finesse property (see also interaction with “Fighter Finesse” below).
Trained Initiative adds it to initiative.

This adds “weird stuff” still based on the “weapon training bonus”:
Inspiring Monfidence adds a new feature with a number of daily uses based on that bonus that allows people to reroll a saving throw.
Weapon Sacrifice adds a new feature with a number of daily uses based on that bonus that allows you to deal damage to your weapon while defending from an attack that would kill you.
Weapon Specialist Choose a number of feats equal to that bonus that require to choose a weapon and that you have already taken (such as weapon focus, specialization, etc) all those feats apply to all weapons in the weapon groups that you have weapon training for.

And here are the “weird ones” that do not make use of the weapon training bonus but something else:
Armed Bravery applies the Bravery class feature bonus as a straight will save bonus (you still keep the same Bravery class feature bonus against fear specifically)
Fighter Finesse a weird one that adds the finesse property to any weapon held if it’s of the chosen weapon group. Interacts with Trained Grace, might interact with feats like fencing/slashing/starry grace or an unchained thief’s weapon of choice… or… for maximum madness… when somebody takes weapon specialist and allows you to add the fencing/slashing/starry grace (or similar feats) to all weapons you have weapon training with… yay?😅
Fighter Tactics can stay as it is as it has no permanent bonus (makes all teamwork feats always active if the fighter has allies in the fight)
Focused Weapon applies warpriest sacred weapon scaling damage to weapons of the chosen group with weapon focus.
Versatile Training This works, but in the wrong way. Currently adds it as a straight bonus regardless of training so not only it allows for a training higher than the maximum, it does not interact with anything that checks the skill points spent on said skill (like feats or skill focus) and if you remove any training you do not get the +3 from your class 😅. Ideally as soon as it gets taken it should just displace away any training had on that skill as now available skill points to spend again on the same skill (if the attack bonus is not as high as a character’s level), or to be decided between GM and player according to the retraining rules and also assign as many skill points to the skill as the to hit bonus, then at every new level up the character either gets a “free” skill point in that skill if his attack bonus gets a +1 or can spend his own if the attack bonus for that level was +0) and this applies for each skill chosen. Yes… this is the most head-scratching one. You can leave it as it is, but as it is is wrong. 😅 pokes this feature with a 10 foot pole.. 'cuz it be skerry
Weapon Mastery Adds one of the titular feats (linked there) to the chosen feats as a bonus feat. Needs to check that the feat can be taken and allow the player to make the choices for that feat.

Also: keep in mind that the (linked) combat feat called Advanced Weapon Training allows people to take this stuff from level 5 and interacts with anything that allows you to have an equivalent to the “weapon training” bonus including specifically stuff like the brawler or weapon master or other similar things that do not exactly have a weapon training bonus… but can take advanced weapon training and will use their “equivalent feature” as a weapon training bonus.

The list of (paizo) classes variants that substitute the weapon training feature but will (☑) or will not (🗷) make use of this are:
Archer🗷
Armor Master🗷
Aquanaut🗷
Brawler☑ Close Combatant feature with the enforced weapon group Close

Unbreakable 🗷
Vengeful Hunter 🗷
Viking 🗷
Weapon Master ☑ Weapon Training feature with a single weapon of choice (also they can get the advanced weapon training feat every 3 levels instead of every 5… because they would be unable to otherwise 😅)

Racial Archetypes – The following class archetypes are available to members of the listed race.
Airborne Ambusher (Strix) 🗷
Cavern Sniper (Drow) ☑ Sniper Training feature with one weapon group between bows and crossbows
Foehammer (Dwarf) ☑ Weapon Training feature with the enforced weapon group hammers

i will not be listing non-paizo class variants for which weapon training should be accounted for because that begins to border on madness… Those should be reviewed if asked.
