Error Loading APG

Description

When loading the Advanced Players Guide, the following error is reported but the set is loaded successfully.

Exception type:java.io.FileNotFoundException
Message:\Projects\pcgendev\data\alpha\paizo\pathfinder_rpg\advanced_players_guide\pfapg_equip_components.lst (The system cannot find the file specified)

This error was introduced in advanced_players_guide.pcc r18011 where the reference to the file was added but the file was not.
