[APG]Bonus Bombs Per Day favored class bonus doesn't work properly

The bonus to bomb damage isn't added when selecting the Bonus Bombs Per Day favored class bonus from the Advanced Player's Guide.

I've attached a patch with a fix for this, as well as a typo in the Bomb description (it was using the bonus damage for the die size of the bonus fire damage.)
