[Ultimate Combat] Firearm critical hit threat range reads "none" instead of 20

Description

For any non-master/non-magical firearm (ie, one that hasn't been customized), the threat range of the weapon erroneously read "none" instead of 20 when put on the character. This does not seem to happen with items that have been customized with adding additional properties (example a masterwork rifle or a +1 flaming burst double-barreled pistol), which have '20' as their threat range as they should.
