[Modern] Brawl and Combat Martial Arts should be separated

Description

The 'Living Weapon' class ability for the Martial Artist improves the die used for unarmed combat.
This should (I believe) also affect the 'Unarmed Lethal Strike' virtual equipment item.

modernbasics_templates.lst entry for Unarmed Lethal Strike has:

NATURALATTACKS:Unarmed Lethal Strike,Weapon.Natural.Melee.Bludgeoning,*1,1d3

that final '1d3' should perhaps be something like:

1d%1|max(3,LivingWeaponDie)

NATURALATTACKS can't take a variable. This would need to be switched to the new Natural Attacks OS Block for that to work.

My lord, MSRD is complicated.

So, we have three different damage tracks:
Brawl aka I'm a pale Monk
Advanced Combat Martial Arts aka Monk wannabe
Living Weapon aka Monk

The previous Data monkey in their wisdom separated them a bit poorly in my mind:
Martial Artist and Brawl use UDAM
Advanced Combat Martial Arts got it's own gig, when really, it should be on the Monk/MA track and Brawl should be it's own virtual weapon.

Brawl is Non-lethal, Monk/MA and ACMA are Lethal or not as they desire.

Pulling apart the code is really fun. So, what this boils down to:
If I pull my punches, I get a bonus to hit and do more damage then ACMA. Thus they need to be their own tracks.

These simple requests always hold 1+ hour issues.

Okay, tracking down this convoluted mess. ULS should be nixed. Brawl track needs to be it's own track, period.
