ALLOWEDMODES and GAMEMODE needs to be noted as being CASE Sensitive

ALLOWEDMODES is a miscinfo.lst gamemode file tag
GAMEMODE is a pcc file tag

Had an issue come up where someone was using 'pathfinder_rpg' which doesn't work, where 'Pathfinder_RPG' does work.
