In the context of this tag, what does CAST represent? The only CAST I see in the tag list represents te number of spells cast. I looked through the code and what I was able to find gives no hint s to the purpose.
Can you clarify exactly what is bonused here?
You say CAST but what does that mean? Is t +y spells cast per day per level for a class with a spellstat of x?

Sorcerer DC and CAST both increased. Not sure if DC was expected.
The Tag is changing the STAT which controls the CAST - so you gain the Cast and apparently the DC changed as well.
