GMGen not allowing custom selected encounters

Description

In GMGen on the encounter tab any monster selected by the user on the left will move over to the right. However, when trying to select begin encounter the "Begin Combat" button is grayed out.

The new encounter generation is functioning, so I thought maybe I could auto generate an encounter then modify it, When I go to begin the combat it will only export the auto generated monsters into the initiative tab.
