Looking past the odd default value of A4 for outputsheets, when switching to letter size (8.5 x 11) for printing, I found two places where the border is smaller than the background area of the boxes (thunderstaff and Innate) and one instance where the background area extends beyond the correct border size (armor). See screenshots (the second one doesn't display correctly imbedded in jira):
The attached export errors may help troubleshooting.

attached character sheet with minimal sources and without my homebrew stuff. Also attached a pdf export of this new character sheet. There are a few formatting issues, but the thunderstaff one is not so obvious in this version.
