Please implement "Fates Favored" to alter Luck bonuses on character

Tricky combination, and often discussed in the message board:

Fate's Favored (Ultimate Campaign):
Whenever you are under the effect of a luck bonus of any kind, that bonus increases by 1.

In combination with "Sacred Tattoo":
Half-orcs with this racial trait gain a +1 luck bonus on all saving throws.

The "Sacred Tattoo" bonus is added by PCGen to the character Sheet, but the bumper through "Fate's Favored" is not honored.
