[PF] Fighter Weapon Training 1-4 Archetype removal not implemented

Description

Opportunist's "Alchemical Onslaught" from Blood of Beast ability replaces "Weapon Training I" earned at level 4.
Weapon Training I should be pushed to level 9. At the moment in PCGen Opportunists get both "Alchemical Onslaught" and "Weapon Training I" at level 4.
