Can't take Slashing Grace feat

Description

Even when meeting the conditions for the Slashing Grace feat, it currently isn't selectable.

Here is a screenshot and the character sheet.

The steps are this: even if you have a character with the correct requirements (13 Dex, Weapon Finesse, and Weapon Focus), when the feat appears, it can’t actually be selected. It just opens the feats you already have without adding them.

Quick review. Feat appears to be coded correctly.

Reporter needs to provide a method to see the issue.
