Blood of Angels pcc file references non-existent lst file.

Good day!

Very minor bug. Hopefully this is the right spot for it.

I recently installed 6.08.00 RC10 (had RC8 previously) and encountered an error status when loading the updated Blood of Angels. I discovered that the pcc file references ABILITY:boa_abilities_variant.lst, but that lst file was not included with the others. I disabled the line with # and restarted PCGen, which resolved the error and gave me the green check mark once again.
