*Fix included* Outlander trait not quite working as intended

Description

Rise of the Runelords Player’s Guide

 

Outlander trait correctly allows you to choose 1 of the 3 options at the beginning, but then two of the options, Lore Seeker and Missionary never allow you to choose the 3 spells to add the +1 DC to.

 

Here is a code fix that works for apg_abilities.lst because the CHOOSER system doesn’t allow for nested choices:

 

 

The DESC changes mirror what is on: May or may not be relevant but uses the more Open Source friendly verbiage.

 

Furthermore you will need the following in apg_abilitycatergories.lst:

Pull requests are an issue because I am running an extremely specialized version of PCGen that I have been developing since the early days right after Code Monkey Publishing stuff. I have spent the last three years closing in on the current open source branch but am not yet there. I will look into it. I have 100s of bug fixes and commits over the years and mostly I put these bugs in here because they are requested in the channel or I have a player request them for other games they play in and I fixed them years ago. The bugs which don’t get picked up here and closed I will do pull requests for when I get to the point of figuring out how to pull specific lines using cherry-pick or something.
